Welcome to the web site of the Carlton (Gedling) Bahá'ís.  Being on the eastern edge of Nottingham, we are close to both the city and the countryside. There have been Baha'is in the area for more than 25 years.

Our community is a mixture of young and old, long established and newly arrived. But we are all enthusiastic about our beloved Bahá'í Faith. See the activities we are involved in and our calendar of events. If you are interested and want to know more of our beliefs you are most welcome to our Firesides, prayer meetings, study circles, picnics or Holy Day celebrations.

We work to build up a loving, supportive community spirit in the area, whether through our classes for children, our study groups for adults or our association with the Gedling Village Family Gala and Nottingham InterFaith Council

We often meet with Bahá'ís from nearby. Nottingham and a number of the districts and villages around have Bahá'ís living there.
