"Man is a spiritual being."

The Bahá'í Faith teaches that mans true nature is spiritual, that we each have a soul that is on a journey to its Creator. To that end, Bahá'ís regularly hold prayer meetings and groups to study the writings of the Founder, Bahá'u'lláh.

Some communities arrange for prayer gatherings at the beginning of each working day and other groups gather for prayers and reflection at the end of the day. Daily personal prayer is encouraged, but it is entirely up to each individual. There can be no compulsion. Prayers early in the morning have been found to be especially beneficial.

Contact the Secretary if you would like to come along to one of our meetings.
